Employee Experience Awards 2023: Unveiling the Singapore finalists

The finalists for the Employee Experience (EX) Awards 2023 - Singapore edition - have been officially declared! This recognition of the top employers for EX comes after a rigorous judging process conducted by eminent HR professionals in Asia.

The Employee Experience Awards is the only peer-reviewed HR awards in the region that highlights the pillars of the employee experience. #EmployeeExperienceAwards acknowledges the remarkable efforts of HR practitioners throughout the region in implementing and transforming four key elements of a comprehensive EX approach:

  1. leadership,
  2. learning,
  3. engagement, and
  4. talent acquisition.

The winners will be announced on 16 June 2023 at the awards gala night.

VIEW FINALISTS

The awards were judged by a panel of respected HR leaders. This year, the panel includes senior HR professionals from organisations such as A. Menarini Asia-Pacific, Cisco, Electrolux, Ikano (IKEA), Kimberly-Clark, Micron Technology, Mondelēz International, and Schneider Electric Asia.

One of the awards’ judges, Jack Ang, Head of People Experience for Circles.Life noted that “the submissions showcased a diverse range of innovative and effective HR strategies, including flexible work arrangements and diversity and inclusion initiatives, implemented in unique and creative ways with impressive results".

"It was a great learning experience to witness such outstanding examples of successful HR practices. I am really excited to see who will emerge as the finalists and look forward to celebrating their achievements in the HR industry."

Additionally, Gayatheri Silvakumer, Chief Talent Officer, APAC, from McCann World Group said that she “took pleasure in reading entries (that) piloted, experimented, and the lessons learned". "Many unique and innovative strategies are applied to tackling employee wellbeing in novel and interesting ways - it is evident that HR functions demonstrate their commercial value creatively!"

Meanwhile, Ivy Oh, HR Director of MSD International (Singapore Branch) mentioned that it was “very inspiring to witness our HeRoes scaling & thriving new summits in their respective people journey". "The zest for change, creating indelible impact on talent & culture, for even better outcomes, are passionately amazing in keeping pace with how the future of the workplace has, and will continually evolve!"
